The quality of the products is genuinely good, which is honestly the only reason this review isn’t worse.
Unfortunately, the delivery experience was extremely disappointing. Our order arrived late, and the biggest issue was the complete lack of communication about the delay. We shouldn’t have to chase a company for updates or wonder where our order is and when it’s actually going to arrive.
It’s frustrating because Modern House clearly has good-quality products, but good quality doesn’t excuse poor service. If it wasn’t for the quality of what we ordered, we’d be far more irritated by the late delivery and the zero communication surrounding it.
Hopefully they can improve their customer service and, at the very least, keep customers informed when orders are delayed.
